Lancaster Limited Life Time Warranty

• Lancaster provides a limited life time warranty on every commercial weapon it builds. In pain language ,we will replace or repair, free of charge, any defective part or repair any rifle or pistol that does not function properly. This warranty extends to the original owner of the weapon only and is void if the weapon is modified by any unauthorized person or persons. Furniture changes and accessories that do not affect the function or safety of the weapon will not void the warranty. Excessive barrel ware or abuse will not be covered under this warranty. Repair or replacement is by the sole discretion of Lancaster personnel. No refunds on delivered weapons are allowed, warranty weapons are repair or replace only.

• Refunds: Refunds on undelivered products , can take up to 4-6 weeks to complete. No refunds are processed on warranty rifles. Warranty rifles are repair or replace ONLY!
• Background Checks: No weapons are sold to any person ,under any circumstances without a back-round check. No newly purchased weapons can be sent directly to a customers home or place of business. Your local FFL must complete the paperwork before you can claim your weapon.
• Warranty turn around: The normal turn-around time for warranty work is 3-4 weeks. However, due to our current re-call of selected AK 74's, lead times are 60-90 days until we complete the re-call.
• Modification Information; Please do not call or email us asking for full auto trigger groups or how to modify weapons to a full auto status unless you are authorized to do so.
• Certifications: We manufacture all of the Milled Receivers we use. Copies of heat-threat certifications with Rockwell C hardness on our milled receivers are available upon request.
• Customer Builds: We can not offer a limited lifetime warranty on weapons provided by the customer. This would include kits, or repair to weapons we did not manufacture. We do cover the workmanship and parts used by us for a period of one year.
• Custom Builds: A custom build is any rifle not available in our advertised line of products. Once ordered, custom built rifles are not refundable!
