What follows is a
sampling of complaints, questions and comments we have received in
emails , phone calls or letters. We get emails and calls praising
our guns and please understand that I appreciate the praise but I won't
post them here. This page answers complaints.

Question: I
read that you are not going to sell direct after the first, why?
Answer:
Two reasons, Our Military orders have increased and we decided that we
should do what we do best (build guns), and let Dealers and
Distributors do what they do best. (Sell them)
Question:
I waited 3 months to get my milled rifle and the Butt had a crack in it
when I got it.
Answer :
We have always used the original wood for our wood
furniture. Sometimes a small crack will get missed and will grow later
after oil bake off and refinishing. We will, of course, replace your
stock.
Question:
I sent in my recall rifle and it was returned repaired, why is the
serial number still on the list. It is very confusing, do I send it back
again?
Answer :
No, we need to update the recall list quicker, and
we will, thanks for bringing it to our attention.
